Exceptional service! This Sept. holiday long weekend my Lenova laptop required repair. Sat. afternoon I dropped it off and it was ready in under 24 hrs! for pick up on Sunday morning. I had a broken screen on a Lenovo laptop, and after a thoroughly unproductive attempt to have BestBuy repair it (place of purchase, and they insisted it would cost $100 just to get it ‘diagnosed’), I called Tech-Extra after a brief Google search and seeing how local they were to me. On the phone call, Ray was helpful and asked me to drop the laptop off the following day. I dropped it off at about 10am, and Ray advised he should be able to get the new screen within 24hrs, and fixed by the end of the next day. He called me back at 11am the following day to say the screen was fixed, and it was good to go, and all for a perfectly reasonable and acceptable price ($130 for the screen plus labour of $80). Wonderful experience with this home-business pair in Ray and Lily, would recommend without hesitation, and I know exactly who I will be calling next time I have any computer issues! 10 stars out of 5!

Took my laptop here because I was having issues with charging. Ray and Lily are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They clearly explained to me what they believed the issue could be and how they would go about resolving it, and in my case that was to have the battery replaced. They had it fixed in 2 days which included the one day shipping for the battery. When I arrived to pick it up, Ray explained to me exactly what he had done and even showed me pictures of his work. I cannot say enough good things about their expertise and especially their kindness, and would highly recomend them to anyone who requires any form of computer service.

My friend and I brought two desktop from our old workplace. The company we worked for allowed us to own the desktops but they were locked. After several attempts to reboot them , we were about to give up. I found Tech extra while browsing online and decided to give them a chance because of the reviews. I was not disappointed at all . The service was top notch and the desktop factory reset for personal use. I will invite each and everyone to go to them for any issue with IT equipment 🙂

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Ray and Lily are very polite and welcoming. They asked me to keep my laptop for further testings and sure enough within less than an hour I received a call from Ray that the problem was identified and resolved. They are technically professional as they took time to explain exactly what the problem was. All the positive reviews were spot on true. Don't waste your time on going to big name repair companies were the interaction is impersonal and the services are slow and overpriced. Lily & Ray keep up the good work.

Lily & Ray are the absolute best. 😀 Absolute 'People-first' approach in their work. They even encouraged to get my laptop repaired instead of buying one from them! When they detect and issue they will explain it to the last word to you so you know what's going on! And its not just tech jargon for you. 1.I put in my laptop for repair on April 15 and they fixed it on 16th! 2.Sadly it crashed so I took it back and they were EQUALLY WARM! 3.In fact they kept my laptop for A WEEK to run diagnosis on it because it crashed randomly and GAVE ME A SPARE LAPTOP so that I can continue working! (wow) 4.Finally 3 days back I've collected my now FIXED laptop on May 2nd 5. They has still asked me to check it for a week and let me know if problem reoccurs + an OFFER to buy a system with all costs incurred deducted from the price from them if this doesn't get fixed ! I mean WHO DOES THAT. Speed of work 10/10. Dedication: 10/10, Behavior: 10/10, Skill: 10/10

Wow, unbelievably helpful and kind people. Needed to get info off an old Toshiba laptop, thought it would just need a new ac adapter but it would not boot up. They were insanely helpful and patient. Brought my daughter with me and they were so welcoming, they gave her juice and a few cute toys while we figured out the computer thing. It was my first time going but definitely won't be my last, 11/10 highly recommend.

You know when you expect okay service and you get way better than expected, like super, super service. That's what I got today. My computer was bogged down with malware and Tech-Extra cleared it up. Computer is now zooming better than I remembered and, as an side benefit, battery life is far better than before. I was getting about 1hr battery life before I took my computer in and now I'm back to 4h+. Time without my computer - 3 hours.
Ray was very kind, within 1h after dropping off my laptop he called me to give me an update. When it turned out that he did not have the right tools for the repair he recommended me to a place that could fix it. I will be coming back if any more issue arise.
I had a fantastic experience with tech-extra they were very friendly and fast.I bought all the parts for my son to build a pc and we assembled it but couldn’t get it to boot up and spent days scratching our heads trying to figure it out so we decided to bring it to the pros and within a few a hours they had it up and running.even updated everything for us so we just had to bring it home and plug it in.I will definitely be going back.

Very friendly, meticulous and knowledgeable. Lily and Ray really helped us with our desktop computer when it was not booting and hanging at startup. We brought the PC to them around noon yesterday and the computer was fixed cleaned and ready literally the morning of the next day.
