ULPS is an ultra low power saving feature which turns off all GPU’s except the primary one in use. Ultra Low Power State (ULPS) causes some major issues. Multiple laptops and graphics cards all suffer from stuck on boot, black screens, system stuck and BSOD’s.
If you want to disable it, the easiest way to do this is hit windows search, type in Registry, click on Registry Editor. Press CTRL + F and search EnableUlps. Let it search and set the EnableUlps value from “1” to “0”. Don’t touch anything else (EnableUlpsNA shouldn’t be changed)
