Service Policy

Estimated service time is given as a guideline only and may vary.  Software, hardware, devices, network/internet equipment, connections, and other related items are not included.  Such equipment may be supplied by the customer or requested from the technician, for which the customer will be charged along with any other applicable fee(s).

The customer should have a legal copy of any software and/or operating system, including validation such as product key and/or password.  It is the customer’s responsibility to backup all data.  Should a backup be requested, the technician is to be notified by the customer prior to doing any kind of repair and/or maintenance on the computer.  However, there is no guarantee against loss of data.  Additional charges will apply and vary according to the size of the content.

Following successful removal of virus and/or spyware, there is no guarantee that the system will not get infected again.
