Delivery and Shipping Policy
Pick Up
For your convenience, we can arrange to pick up your computer equipment to be serviced for a small fee which may vary depending on the distance between our office and the pick up location. We reserve the right to limit this option if pick up location is not easily accessible or where parking is an issue. The pick up fee must be prepaid, except for special agreements. If no one is present at the pick up location and/or delivery is not completed for no fault of ours, the delivery charges will still apply.
Delivery/Drop Off
For your convenience, we can arrange to deliver equipment purchased from us or following servicing by us for a small fee which may vary depending on the distance between our office and the delivery location. We reserve the right to limit this option if drop off location is not easily accessible or where parking is an issue. The delivery fee must be prepaid, except for special agreements. If no one is present at drop off location and/or delivery is not completed for no fault of ours, the delivery charges will still apply.
Shipping
We can ship in Canada only products purchased from us, equipment that has been serviced or other circumstances. The cost will be determined based on the content and the location to be sent to and must be prepaid, except for special agreements.
